Most gluten-free breads rely on refined starches as their base.
We don’t.
Organic blanched almond flour and coconut flour form our foundation. Blanched almonds are valued for their gentle digestion and naturally lower carbohydrate profile, while coconut flour provides natural fiber for digestive support.
In select loaves, cassava flour forms part of the base—naturally easy to digest. Traditional grains are chosen for their nutrient density.
